Skin diseases accounts for a high percentage of all medical visits around the world causing significant burden on the society. The pathology of skin disorders and their treatment is  a hard nut to crack for the practitioners. Ayurveda and its treatment methods have a lot to contribute in the field of dermatology.  A  comprehensive updated knowledge of the basics, pathology & treatment facilitates the practitioner to excel in the treatment of skin disorders.
