Kottakkal Ayurveda School of Excellence (KASE) was established in 2018 with a goal to provide a high-quality education in Ayurveda that is comprehensive, interdisciplinary, and meets international standards. We aim to become an apex institute of Ayurvedic innovation and skill development to empower Ayurvedic professionals. KASE aims to propagate and popularize authentic Ayurvedic knowledge also among the public thereby augmenting worldwide dissemination and acceptance of this science.
Kottakkal Ayurveda School of Excellence offers a range of in-house and online courses, sharing the knowledge and excellence of the faculties of Vaidyaratnam P S Varier (VPSV) Ayurveda College, Kottakkal. Through our educational, training, and skill development programs aiding contemporary technology, we aim to benefit doctors, Ayurveda research scholars, Ayurveda students, Ayurveda paramedical professionals, and also the general public.
Ayurveda, one of the greatest contributions of Indian wisdom to mankind, strongly believes in the principles of “sustaining health in the healthy” and “restoration of health in the unwell.” It defines perfect health as a balance between the body, mind, spirit, and social well-being. As a holistic healthcare system, Ayurveda emphasizes the interconnectedness of these aspects and extends its understanding beyond the individual, reaching into the universal.
KASE draws its strength from the rich legacy and cultural background of the Kottakkal brand, which originated from the authentic hub of Ayurveda. With the established heritage, parentage, and patronage of Kerala Ayurvedic Studies and Research Society (KASRS), VPSV Ayurveda College, and Arya Vaidya Sala Kottakkal, KASE has a strong foundation to revitalize and contemporize Ayurveda. We are indebted to the contributions of globally recognized icons in the field of Ayurveda including our founder late Vaidyaratnam P.S Varier as well as the visionary leader late Padmabhushan Dr. P K Warrier and strive to pass on this knowledge to future generations.
