Application Procedure

  • In the homepage, you can see the Programme menu.
  • Select the 'Registration ongoing' menu and view the programmes to which applications are invited.
  • Submit your personal and academic details and upload your photo and other necessary documents mentioned.
  • Once the details are submitted you will be directed to the second stage, the payment gateway.
  • Once the payment is successful you will be registered for the programme.

Selection Procedure

First Come First Served of the applicants conforming to the published details of the qualifications required is the basic admission criteria. Applications should mandatorily match publicized minimum eligibility. No spot registration or walk-in admission.

Those applications submitted exceeding the maximum number will be kept in the waiting list. They will be considered to the vacancy arising in the main list as a result of a withdrawal or rejection if any. If not registered to the intended batch, a candidate can either join the next batch as and when it begins or withdraw the application.

Admission Procedure:

  • Selection of the candidates will be done as per first come first served basis.
  • If a candidate submits applications for more than one programme, separate applications have to be submitted.
  • The application forms submitted will be screened and the selected candidates will be intimated by phone/email to confirm the admission.
  • Candidate can check the current status by submitting the application number in the 'application status' on the home page.
  • The Director, KASE reserves all right to reject any application form without assigning any reasons.
  • If a candidate is not selected for the programme due to any reason, then the Course fee in the form of Demand Draft / NEFT will be returned less the bank transaction charges and the GST.

Rejection Chances

Candidates are advised to read the instructions thoroughly before sending their applications. The applications are likely to be rejected on one or more of the following reasons in terms of the notifications.

  • Candidates not having the required qualifications. 
  • Applications with any invalid credentials will stand rejected automatically.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations are not generally encouraged at KASE.
  • Refund decisions are taken only in genuine cases of inconvenience.
  • 75% of the published Course Fee (less the bank processing fee and GST) will be refunded in case the applied candidate withdraws admission 30 days before the commencement of classes.
  • 50% of the published Course Fee (deducting the bank processing charges and GST) will be refunded for withdrawals between 29-14 days before the commencement of classes.
  • No refund for cancellations between 13-0 days before the start of classes, but may be considered for the subsequent batch subject to the genuineness of reason for cancellation.
  • No refund or adjustment is allowed for discontinuation or for not reporting on the date.
  • No refund is permissible in case the student withdraws after the start of the classes
  • Request for withdrawal and fee refund will be made on the prescribed application form available at the KSARS office or by contacting the Course Coordinator.
  • Along with the fee refund application, the student has to submit the ID card and Original Fee Receipt
  • Refund will be processed by the KSARS office upon receiving approval from the Executive Director and will be paid by crossed cheque in the name of the candidate after 90 days from the date of receipt.
  • All disputes shall fall within the jurisdiction of Malappuram (Kerala) for KASE. The Executive Director KSARS shall be the legal representative for all such matters.
  • In case of any technical issue found in online fee payment,

  • KASE shall not be responsible in any case of technical glitches until the course fee paid by the candidate is credited into the Bank Account of KASE. If credited into KASE account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the KASE norms.
